摘  要:目的研究不同折射率和镀膜工艺光学镜片对近视眼视觉质量的影响。方法中低度近视和高度近视患者各17例(34眼),通过同一型号镜架配戴5种不同镜片后测试暗光、明光及眩光环境下对比敏感度,计算对比敏感度对数函数曲线下面积(area under log contrast sensitivity function,AULCSF),并进行组内及组间统计分析。结果中低度近视组A、B、C、D、E 5种镜片在明光环境下AULCSF分别为1.31±0.12、1.34±0.11、1.30±0.13、1.36±0.12、1.39±0.14,在暗光环境下分别为1.06±0.11、1.11±0.17、1.06±0.20、1.13±0.18、1.15±0.19,在眩光环境下分别为0.84±0.21、0.95±0.21、0.91±0.27、0.92±0.26、1.00±0.24;组间单因素方差分析显示,5种镜片在明光环境下AULCSF差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),在暗光环境和眩光环境下差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);组内统计分析结果显示,A-B、C-D、C-E镜片间在明光环境下AULCSF差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05),B-D间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高度近视组不同镀膜工艺和折射率对视觉质量均无影响(均为P>0.05)。中低度近视组和高度近视组AULCSF在明光环境下为1.34±0.12和1.30±0.13,暗光环境下为1.08±0.19和1.01±0.21,眩光环境下为0.93±0.24和0.86±0.22,组间视觉质量差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论在明光环境下工作生活的中低度近视眼者应选择镀膜工艺更优的镜片,暗光环境和眩光环境下高度近视患者选择不同镀膜工艺和折射率镜片视觉质量无明显差异。Objectlve To investigate the effects of optical glasses with different coating process and refractive index on visual quality. Methods Thirty-four patients with myopia(58 eyes) were enrolled, of which 17 cases ( 34 eyes) were with low or moderate myopia and the other 17 cases(34 eyes) were with high myopia. Contrast sen- sitivity in bright light, dark light and glare environment were tested, with each patient wearing 5 different types of optical glasses with same spectacle frame, respectively. The area under the log contrast sensitivity function(AULCSF) was calculated,and then be- tween-group and within-group statistical analyses were conducted. Results AULCSF of type- A, B, C, D and E optical glasses of moderate and low myopia group in bright light environment were 1.31 ±0. 12,1.34 ±0. 11,1. 30 ±0. 13,1.36 ±0. 12 and 1.39 ± 0. 14;That in dark light environment were 1.06 ±0.11,1. ±0.17,1.05 ±0.20,1. 13 ± 0. 18 and 1.15 ±0.19 ;That in glare environment were 0.84 ±0.21,0.95 ±0.21,0.91 ± 0. 27,0.92 ± 0.25,1.00 ± 0.24. According to between-group one-way anova, differences between AULCSF of the five types of optical glasses in bright light environment were significant( All P 〈 0.05 ), while those in dark light and glare environment were not ( All P 〉 0.05 ). According to within-group statistical analyses, differences between AULCSF of type-A and B, C and D, C and E in bright light environment were of statistical signifi- cance(All P 〈0.05) ,while that between AULCSF of type-B and D was not(All P 〉 0. 05 ). Coating process and refractive index of optical glasses had no significant influ- ence on Visual quality of patients in high myopia group. The average AULCSF of moder- ate and low myopia group and high myopia group in the three kinds of environment were 1.34 +0.12 and 1.30 ±0.13,1.08 ±0.19 and 1.01 ±0.21,0.93 ±0.24 and 0.85 ± 0. 22.
