摘　　要：对于一些终末角膜盲的患者,植入Boston型人工角膜是一种安全有效的复明途径。本文对其设计、适应证和手术方法加以概括,尤其是临床并发症(青光眼、眼内炎、角膜炎、植入物后膜和前增殖膜等)的发生率、病因和治疗进行综述,以便对其并发症的诊断和处理有更全面的认识。Receiving implantation of Boston keratoprosthesis has been proved to be a safe and effective way to regain vision, for patients with late corneal blindness. This article summarizes planning, orientation symptoms and operation methods of the surger- y, and reviews incidences and causes of and treatments for the clinical complications, which includes glaucoma, endophthalmitis, keratitis and anterior/posterior proliferative membrane on implantations etc, so as to provide a thorough knowledge of complications associated with Boston keratoprosthesis and relevant solutions.
