籼粳杂种不育突变体91FS育性特征和RAPD及RFLP分析

摘  要:91FS是一个稳定遗传的籼粳杂种水稻新型不育突变体 ,育性特征表现为 ,雌雄配子和受精过程正常 ,约 2 5 %的受精卵发育成胚 ,约 75 %的受精卵终止发育 ,与 91FS群体约 2 5 %的结实率吻合 ,而且六代保持不变 ;91FS的RAPD和RFLP的谱带六代保持稳定和一致 ,与 91FS的杂种性状和育性表达的稳定性也是吻合的 ;91FS与籼粳杂种可育材料 91FM和以 91FS为父本的杂交F1代 (D2 97A× 91FS)材料的RAPD比较分析表明 ,91FS与CK相比表现出广泛的DNA多态性和同一性 ,同时也表现出特异的新带和一些缺失谱带 ,其多态性、同一性和特异性是可遗传的 .图 4表 1参The fertility characteristic of 91FS, a new heritable Indica-japonica rice hybrid sterile mutant, displayed its normal female/male gametes and fertilization process. About 25% of the fertilized eggs could develop into mature embryos while about 75% of the fertilized eggs stopped further developing, which coincided with the population seed percentage of 91FS. In addition, this feature kept constant within six generations. The stability and consistency of 91FS RFLP bands coincided with the stability of hybrid characteristic and fertility expression. The RAPD results of 91FS, 91FM(a fertile Indica-japonica rice hybrid) and F 1(D297AX91FS) showed that there were quite different kinds of DNA polymorphism among 91FS and the other two controls. 91FS also displayed some new special DNA bands and absent bands. The polymorphism, identity and specificity of 91FS are heritable. Fig 4, Tab 1, Ref 15
