摘 要:分别以浓度、温度、接种量、通气量和表面活性剂为降解调控因子 ,采用平板记数法进行了生物泥浆反应器中微生物数量变化与PAHs降解的关系研究 .结果表明 :土壤中细菌数量与PHE、PY投加浓度呈显著正相关 .PHE、PY初始浓度越高 ,细菌数量越大 .此外 ,反应器的温度对微生物生长速度和数量有重要影响 .反应器温度为 30℃时对细菌迅速繁殖有利 .反应器温度为 2 0℃时对真菌生长繁殖有利 .接种量为 5 %即可明显提高PHE和PY的降解率 .研究还表明 ,通气量与细菌数量明显负相关 ,与真菌数量及PHE和PY的降解率呈明显正相关 ,说明有氧条件有利于真菌生长 .真菌的数量和通气量调控对PHE和PY快速降解起重要作用 .表面活性剂投加量w =5 0~ 2 0 0mgkg-1时 ,可促进PHE和PY的降解 ,尤其对PY的降解作用更为明显 .表 8参Taking concentration, temperature, inoculation amount,aeration and surfactant as regulation factors and by plate account (CFU) method to account the microbes, the study on the variation of microbes amount and its relations with the degradation of PAHs in the bio-slurry reactor is conducted. Results indicated that the bacteria amount in soil was positive related with the concentration of phenanthrene and pyrene spiked. The higher the initial content of phenanthrene and pyrene in soil, the higher the bacteria in amount. In addition, temperature in reactor played an important role on the rapid growing of microbes. Temperature in 30℃ benefited the fast growing of bacteria and in 20℃ benefited the rapid growth of fungi. Inoculation amount in 5% can increase the degradation rate of phenanthrene and pyrene. This study also showed that aeration amount was negative related with the bacteria amount and positive related with fungi's as well as the degradation rates of phenanthrene and pyrene, which illustrated that aerated condition benefited the growing of fungi. Fungi and aeration's control played an important role for the rapid degradation of phenanthrene and pyrene. Surfactant spiked in the concentration of w =50~200 mg kg -1 can promote both the degradation of phenanthrene and pyrene, especially for pyrene. Tab 8, Ref 7
