摘  要:测定了实验室规模的 2LEGSB和UASB反应器中培养的厌氧颗粒污泥在不同基质中的比产甲烷活性、辅酶F4 2 0 含量和胞外多聚物含量 .结果表明 ,EGSB反应器颗粒污泥在葡萄糖上的比产甲烷活性、利用乙酸的甲烷菌和产氢产乙酸菌的活性和胞外多聚物含量明显高于UASB反应器颗粒污泥 .而UASB反应器颗粒污泥中利用甲酸和氢的甲烷菌的活性以及辅酶F4 2 0 的含量较EGSB反应器颗粒污泥更高 .辅酶F4 2 0 可以指示同种厌氧颗粒污泥的甲烷菌活性 .放置三个月以上的厌氧颗粒污泥 ,产氢产乙酸菌活性几乎丧失 ,利用甲酸和氢的甲烷菌受到的影响相对较小 .图 2表 2参The specific methane production activities, contents of coenzyme F 420 and extracelluar polymers were determined in anaerobic granular sludges cultured in 2 L bench scale EGSB and UASB reactors. Results showed that in sludge from EGSB reactor, the specific methane production activity in glucose, the activities of acetate utilizing methanogens and hydrogen producing acetogens and content of extracellular polymers were apparently higher than those in sludge from UASB reactor. However, the activities of formate utilizing and hydrogen utilizing methanogens, and content of coenzyme F 420 in sludge from UASB reactor were higher than those in sludge from EGSB reactor. The content of coenzyme F 420 could indicate the activity of methanogens in the same kind of sludge. In sludges deposited for 3 months, little activity of hydrogen producing acetogens was determined, whereas the activities of formate utilizing and hydrogen utilizing methanogens were less affected by storage.
