摘　　要：《伤寒论》中六病是辨证之体,八纲乃是辨证之用,体用结合,有机联系,互相为用。"六病辨证"是《伤寒论》辨证论治的总纲领,"八纲辨证"是对六病的病位和证候性质的总括,"六病之气血辨证"则是"六病辨证"和"八纲辨证"的辨证核心。无论是"六病辨证"还是"八纲辨证",都应以"六病之气血辨证"为辨证核心。In Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,six-meridian diseases are the foundation of syndrome differentiation,while eight principles are the means of syndrome differentiation.They are closely related and interdependent.″Syndrome differentiation of six-meridian diseases″ is the general principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and eight-principle syndrome differentiation is the total summary of the location and syndrome characteristics of six-meridian diseases,while ″syndrome differentiation of qi and blood of six-meridian diseases″ is the core of ″syndrome differentiation of six-meridian diseases″ and eight-principle syndrome differentiation.
