摘　　要：目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗产后腰痛的疗效。方法：运用手法、体针加红外线等中医综合疗法治疗28例产后腰痛患者，1～2个疗程后行疗效评定。结果：治愈20例，好转6例，无效2例，总有效率92．8％。结论：中医综合疗法可以有效缓解产后腰痛，恢复患者腰部功能，减少远期并发症。Objective： To observe the curative effects of integrated Chinese medicine therapy treating postpartum lumbago. Methods： 28 cases of pa- tients with postpartum lumbago was treated with integrated Chinese medicine therapy including technique, body acupuncture plus infrared and so on, to evaluate the curative effects after 1-2 courses of the treatment. Results： 20 cases were cured, with 6 cases improved and 2 cases ineffective, the to- tal efficiency was 92.8%. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese medicine therapy can effectively alleviate postpartum lumbago, with recovery of lumbar function, reducin lon-term complications.
