老年轻度认知功能障碍血脂及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨轻度认知功能障碍（McI）与血脂及血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的关系。方法：测定56例McI（治疗组）7L65例健康体检者（对照组）的血脂及血浆Hcy水平，并进行对比研究。结果：治疗组血清胆固醇（Tc）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—c）及血浆Hcy水平均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：轻度认知功能障碍与血脂及血浆Hcy水平升高有关。LIU Hou-lin （Neurology Department, Jining First People＇s Hospital, Jining, Shandong 272000） Abstract Objective： To investigate the relationship between mild cognitive impairment （MCI） and homocysteine （Hcy） level of blood fat and plasma. Methods： 56 patients with MCI （treatment group） and 65 healthy testers （control group） were determined the homocysteine （Hcy） level of blood fat and plasma, and the comparative study was made. Results： Serum cholesterol （TC）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and plasma Hcy levels of treatment group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mild cognitive impairment is related with Hcy level of blood fat and plasma increased.
