摘 要:部队在组织装备维修训练时,主要依据军事训练大纲和过去装备训练的经验积累来制定训练计划、选择训练手段、安排训练时间,缺乏科学、客观、合理的理论依据。论文将实验心理学引入装备维修训练领域,简要分析了实验心理学在产品设计、教育等领域的应用现状,重点研究了实验心理学应用于装备维修训练领域的具体方法和步骤,并结合实例采用测试法获取了某型装备"高低平衡机"构造原理知识基于传统讲授方式和虚拟维修训练等两种训练手段的学习曲线。Forces in organization of the during equipment maintenance training, it is mainly based on the military training program and equipment training experience to develop training programs, select training methods and arrange training time, lacking scientific, objective and reasonable theoretical basis. Experimental psychology istroduces into the field of equipment maintenance training. And the application status of experimental psychology in the field of product design and education is briefly analyzed. The paper focusing on the specific methods and procedures used in the field of equipment maintenance training of experimental psychology. With example using the test method to obtain the learning curve of "high and low balance mechanism" structure and fundamental knowledge of a certain type of equipment based on the tra- ditional teaching mode and virtual maintenance training.
