磁致伸缩综合治疗仪治疗慢性牙周炎维护期老年患者的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较磁致伸缩综合治疗仪(PR-ZH1)、压电陶瓷式超声龈下洁治器两种超声龈下法治器对慢性牙周炎维护期老年患者的短期临床疗效,疼痛程度和治疗时间。方法:共纳入20例慢性牙周炎维护期的患者,年龄在61-70岁之间,采用分口设计方案,按照随机分组原则实验组应用磁致伸缩牙科综合治疗仪(PR-ZH1)超声龈下洁治器,对照组为压电陶瓷式超声龈下洁治器(EMS,PS尖),治疗完成后即刻使用视觉模拟评分法VAS进行治疗产生的疼痛度进行评价,同时进行治疗时间的评价。基线和治疗后3个月测量牙周指标:菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、牙龈出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)和附着丧失(attachmentloss,AL)。结果:实验组产生的疼痛度略低于对照组,疼痛程度也低于对照组,实验组和对照组在治疗后3个月牙周指数与基线比较均有下降,两组之间的牙周指标变化无显著性差异。结论:磁致伸缩超声龈下洁治可能会增加老年患者治疗的舒适度,减轻疼痛,提高依从性。Objective： To compare the clinical effects of magnetostrictive dental unit PR-ZH1 and piezoelectric ultrasonic instrument for elderly patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods： Twenty maintenance patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups,treated with a split-mouth design with magnetostrictive dental unit PR-ZH1（test group） and piezoelectric ultrasonic instrument（control group）,respectively.The degree of discomfort experienced during the treatment was graded by the patient using VAS immediately after the completion of test and control treatment procedures.The following clinical parameters were recorded by a calibrated and blinded examiner in baseline and 3 months respectively： plaque index（PLI）,bleeding index（BI）,probing depth（PD） and attachment loss（AL）.Results： Probing pocket depth and clinical attachment level improved in 2 groups compared with baseline at the end of 3 months,however,there was no difference between two groups.The patients perceived less pain during therapy with magnetostrictive dental unit PR-ZH1.Conclusion： Magnetostrictive dental unit PR-ZH1 could increase patients comfort and improve compliance with comparable treatment results,therefore,it could be alternative method in maintenance elderly patients.
