咬合板治疗老年人颞下颌功能紊乱病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察咬合板治疗老年人颞下颌功能紊乱病的临床效果。方法:选择有弹响和疼痛症状经保守治疗无效的老年颞下颌关节紊乱病患者20例,予以咬合板治疗连续观察半年,记录并分析患者弹响和疼痛症状的变化情况。结果:经过半年的咬合板治疗,20例患者中弹响消失19例(治愈率95%);疼痛消失17例(治愈率85%)。结论:咬合板治疗老年人颞下颌功能紊乱病的疗效稳定持久,但疗程长,且后续的修复和/或正畸治疗必不可少。Objective： To investigate the clinical therapy effect of the elderly temporomandibular disorders treated with the occlusal splint.Method： Twenty elderly temporomandibular disorders patients with snapping and pain in temporal mandibular joint had taken part in this experiment.We treated the patients with the occlusal splint and continuously recorded the snapping and pain changes in six months,then analysised them.Result： After six months’occlusal splint therapy,19（95%） patients’snapping symptoms disappeared and 17（85%） patients’pain symptoms disappeared of all the 20 patients.Concluclusion： Using occlusal splint therapy the elderly temporomandibular disorders has a stable and longlasting efficacy.But it needs a long course of treatment,and a follow-up treatment of prosthodontics and / or orthodontic is essential.
