摘 要:目的:观察不同甲状腺功能状态下即刻负载微种植体支抗的可行性及稳定性。方法:健康Wistar雌性大鼠30只,随机分成3组,每组10只。甲状腺功能亢进组(甲亢组)、甲状腺功能减低组(甲减组)和正常组分别给予优甲乐、丙基硫氧嘧啶和蒸馏水,均按0.01mL/g体质量每天灌胃1次,28d后植入微种植体并即刻持续负载0.98N,加载30d后处死动物。通过X线片测量微种植体支抗骨内移动间距;荧光显微镜下观察含微种植体超硬组织切片并计算骨矿化沉积率、骨结合率。结果:3组微种植体支抗位移、骨结合率和骨矿化沉积率相比,差异均有统计学意义(F=11.825、39.953和20.045,P<0.05),其中甲亢组骨结合率和骨矿化沉积率最高,微种植体支抗位移最大,高于正常组和甲减组;甲减组以上指标均低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:不同甲状腺功能状态下微种植体支抗即刻负载是可行的;甲状腺激素对微种植体支抗能力有影响,甲亢时微种植体支抗骨结合率最高,甲减时骨结合率最低。Aim: To observe the stability and the feasibility of micro-implant instant load on rats with different thyroid functional status.Methods: Thirty healthy female adult Wistar rats were allocated into 3 groups randomly,10 in each group.The hyperthyroid group was given euthyrox,the hypothyroidism group was given 0.1% propylthiouracil,and the normal group was given distilled water(all gavaged 0.01 mL/g weight every day) .After 28 days,micro-implants were implanted and then loaded 0.98 N force instantly,and the animals were sacrificed after 30 days.The separation distance of microimplants in the bone was measured by X-ray and fluorescence microscopy was used to observe hard tissue slice including the implant.Finally,the bone mineralization deposition rate and bone combining rate were calculated.Results: Among the three groups,the differences in the separation distance,bone combining rate and the bone mineralization deposition rate of the micro-implants were statistically significant(F=11.825,39.953 and 20.045,P0.05) .Hyperthyroid group had the highest bone mineralization deposition rate,bone combining rate,and the separation distance of the micro-implants than the other 2 groups,and these parameters were the lowest in the hypothyroidism group(P0.05) .Conclusion: Micro-implantinstant load is feasible under different thyroid functional status; thyroid hormones have influence on the stability of microimplants,and the bone combining rate is the highest under hyperthyroid and it is the lowest under hypothyroidism.
