TopoⅡα在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨拓扑异构酶Ⅱα(TopoⅡα)在乳腺癌组织中的表达规律以及在乳腺癌化疗的预测价值。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测资料完整的126例浸润性乳腺癌组织标本。结果:拓扑异构酶Ⅱα在126例浸润乳腺癌组织中表达的阳性率为49.2%,其与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、HER-2蛋白表达密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、月经情况、肿瘤大小、临床分期、ER、PR状态无相关(P>0.05)。结论:拓扑异构酶Ⅱ在乳腺癌组织中的高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展转移密切相关,TopoⅡα可作为指导乳腺癌化疗的重要指标和判断乳腺癌预后的参考指标。Objective： To investigate expression of Topo Ⅱα in the breast cancer and its prognostic value in the chemotherapy treatment of the breast cancer.Methods： The expression of TopoⅡα was measured by immunohistochemistry in 126 cases of infiltrative type of breast carcinoma tissue with complete data.Result： The positive expression rates of TopoⅡα was 49.2% in the breast carcinoma,and over expression of TopoⅡα was significantly correlated with axillary lymphonodus metastasis.But,the expression of HER-2（P0.05） was insignificantly correlated with ages,menstruation,clinical TNM stage,tumor size,ER,PR（P0.05）.Conclusion： The over expression of Topo Ⅱα was closely related with the development and metastasis of breast carcinoma,and expression of Topo Ⅱα in breast cancer tissue has an instructive significance for chemotherapy of breast cancer.
