摘　　要：提出当前地方高校普遍存在于德育环节客观、主观存在的瓶颈,分析了制约大学生德育发展因素的成因。通过模块式实践培养方案的研究和制定,探讨适应地方高校的实践育人新思路。A new pattern of morafity education is introduced in this paper. In present, local colleges and universities have many diffi- culties in there morality education, ether from subjective aspect or objective. The causation of these problems has been analyzed. The modular training scheme has been discussed and then evolved. It shows a new idea of Practice Education.
