摘　　要：十多年来,随着人民大众生活水平的不断提高和对居住条件的刚性需求,中国各地随之建成了一批具有当地特色、环境良好、功能齐全、经济适用的民用住宅,同时却也暴露出在小区规划设计方面的突出问题,即年老的父母亲与子女一同生活,导致亲情关系出现了矛盾,因此有学者极力倡导"孝亲"为本的住宅设计,企望加快"亲情住宅"建设的步伐。In recent years, with the increasing demand of people＇s living standards and living environment, the country has built many residential houses with the local characteristics, good environment, complete function and affordable in price, but at the same time, some problems also emerge in the aspects of community planning and design, disharmonious relationship between two generation living under the same roof, thus it is advocated that a people-oriented residential environment and amicable society should be of priority in the course of modernization.
