术中保温对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察术中保温对腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术患者凝血功能的影响。方法:30例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各15例,对照组给予常规处理,试验组在对照组的基础上,给予综合保温处理。观察记录两组患者入手术室麻醉、手术开始后90、180min及术毕鼻咽温,并抽静脉血检验凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)及纤维蛋白原(FBG)。结果:对照组各时间点体温、PT、APTT、TT及FBG与麻醉前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组各时间点体温、PT、APTT、TT及FBG与麻醉前比较差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术毕体温、PT、APTT、TT及FBG比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:术中保温后凝血功能无明显变化,从而减少术中的出血量,减少并发症的发生,提高手术的安全性和成功率。Objective：To observe in heat preservation of the blood coagulation function in patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical effect. Method：30 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group（n=15） and the control group given conventional treatment,patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive heat preservation processing on the basis of control group.To observe and recorde nasopharyngeal temperature of patients after anesthesia and surgery began 90,180 min,and finish operation,and phlebotomize inspection prothrombin time （PT）,activated partial thrombin time live enzymes（APTT）,thrombin time （TT） and fibrinogen （FBG）.Result：The body temperature at each time point,PT,APTT,TT and FBG differences had statistical significance than pre-anesthetic medication in control group （P 0.01）,there was no statistically significant difference than pre-anesthetic medication in the observation group（P 0.05）.Two group finish temperature,PT,APTT,TT and FBG differences had statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The blood coagulation function has no obvious change after heat preservation,it can reduce the blood loss during operation and complication,and improve the the safety and success rate of surgery.
