高校青年思政课教师易陷教学误区及对策探讨

摘　　要：高校青年思政课教师教学易陷的误区有:(一)喜欢从自我出发;(二)讲课发"飘";(三)"课件依赖综合征";(四)职业倦怠;(五)喜欢做"工蜂",不会做"啄木鸟"。针对上述误区,文章提出了相应的对策,以引导、帮助高校青年思政课教师逐步走出误区,不断成就工作业绩。Mistaken ideas of young college teachers of Ideological and political courses are easily trapped by sevral reasons. First, young college teachers become self-centered; countermeasure： the teachers Must develop based on widely listening to the opinions and suggestions of the students in the teaching plan of macro and micro teaching details.The second, the lectures are without focus; countermeasure： Consult experts in all walks of life, leading to the topic of the report or model workers of college students, students should be organized to visit, service and research activities and other social practices.The third one, the teachers＇ over-relying on PPT; The forth, job burnout; The fifth, like being a ＂worker bee＂ not a ＂woodpecker＂.
