摘　　要：目的探讨特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌的临床病理及免疫组化特点。方法参照WHO乳腺癌分类标准,对57例特殊类型浸润性乳腺癌的临床病理资料及免疫组化特点进行回顾性分析。结果 57例浸润性乳腺癌病例中,粘液癌23例,小管癌10例,髓样癌10例,浸润性微乳头癌8例,印戒细胞癌3例,化生性癌3例。不同病理组织类型的乳腺癌具有不同的临床病理及免疫组化特点。结论特殊类型乳腺癌各有其临床表现与病理特点;明确不同特殊类型乳腺癌有助于指导临床治疗及估计预后。Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical pathologic characteristics and immuno- histochemistry feature of specific invasive breast carcinoma. Methods According to the world health or- ganization （WHO） classification of Tumors,57 cases of specific invasive breast carcinoma were studied by clinical data and correlated investigation of pathology. Results All the slides of the breast carcinoma in our department were reviewed, 23 cases of mueinous carcinoma, 10 cases of tubular carcinoma, 10 cases of medullary carcinoma, 8 cases of invasive micro＇papillary carcinoma,3 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma,and 3 cases of metaplastic carcinoma were found. Different histologic type has different ap- pearance in the light microscopy and immunohistochemistry feature. Conclusion Special carcinoma of breast has the different clinical and pathology character. Definite histological classification of breast carcinoma will be helpful in guiding the clinical treatment and estimating patients＇ prognosis.
