摘　　要：随着近年来转基因食品在农业生产中应用范围扩大,并且进口量呈递增趋势,转基因食品及其安全性逐渐成为人们关注的热点。文章主要从转基因食品的概念、发展、安全性以及发展前景进行了简单的分析和介绍。由于基因技术所取得的突破,让科学家们能够运用传统育种专家所无法想象的方式来改良传统农作物,这种转基因技术从某种意义上也说明了一个国家的科技实力在突飞猛进的发展。With the increasing application of genetically modified food in agricultural production and the increasing import volume in recent years, genetically modified food and its safety has gradually become the focus of attention of people. This article briefly introduces and analyzes the concept, development, safety and prospect of genetically modified food. The breakthrough of genetic technology enables scientists to modify traditional agricultural products with the method that traditional breeding experts cannot imagine. The transgenic technology, is a reflection of a nation＇s rapid development in science and technology in a sense.
