河南省普通高校大学生参与休闲体育行为的特征分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河南省普通高校大学生参与休闲体育的行为进行了调查,分析发现:河南省高校大学生参与休闲体育的动机多为"增强体质"和"娱乐身心",其休闲方式多为"临时结伴";休闲场所多为"学校免费场馆"。＇13arough using the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper analyzes the college students＇ leisure sports behavior in Henan province. The result shows that the motivation of students participating in sports activity is to enhance physical fitness and entertainment. The leisure style is temporary company and leisure places for free school venues.
