浅谈传统足球强市校园足球活动可持续发展的思路——以广西北海市为例  

Discussion on Sustainable Development of Campus Football in Traditional Football Strong Cities——Taking Guangxi Beihai City as an Example

摘　　要：基于北海市校园足球活动正火热开展之际,本文通过文献资料、专家访谈以及实地考察等方法对北海市各中小学的校园足球活动开展现状进行研究,研究结果表明:北海市校园足球活动发展过程中面临的主要问题:布点学校的领导的重视程度、体育教师的待遇水平较低、场地设施的完善程度、以联赛替代活动的趋势。建议:北海市教育部门和体育局应当密切联合,加强校园足球活动的组织领导;以重视培养青少年对足球运动的兴趣为主,淡化功利主义;注重足球教练员的培训和继续教育;丰富多种的竞赛形式,增加比赛场次。Based on popular campus football activities in Beihai city, through using the method of literature review, expert interview and investigation at site, this paper makes analysis on campus football activity in primary and middle schools in Beihai city. The result shows that the main problems facing the development process of Beihai City Campus football activities are importance of school leadership, low level of sports teachers＇ treatment, alternative activities to league. It suggests that the Beihai city department of education and sports bureau shall be closely combined, organization and leadership to strengthen campus football activities, to pay attention to the training of young people on football interest, weakening utilitarianism, pay attention to training and football coa- ches continuing education, enrich competition form a variety of games, and increase the competition matches.
