复发性抑郁症患者血浆非酶类抗氧化物浓度与智商的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性抑郁症患者的血浆非酶类抗氧化物浓度和智商水平。方法 2012年1月至2012年6月间在中山大学附属第三医院心理康复病区首次住院的首发或复发抑郁症患者74例,其中抑郁症复发患者37例(复发组),首发患者37例(首发组),另健康对照者31例(对照组)。比较各组间的血浆白蛋白、总胆红素及尿酸浓度。采用中国修订的韦氏成人智力量表进行智力评估,比较各组间智商水平的差异。应用SPSS 13.0建立数据库,以方差分析和q检验(LSD法)行总体和两两比较,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果①复发组和首发组血浆白蛋白[分别为(41.98±3.01)g/L和(41.44±3.27)g/L]浓度均低于对照组[(45.91±3.41)g/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发组的操作智商(90.65±13.38)低于对照组(100.65±12.86),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复发性抑郁症患者存在一定程度的氧化应激损伤和操作智商降低,这种氧化应激损伤可能与认知缺陷有关。Objective To explore the change of serum levels of non enzyme antioxidants and intelligence quotient （IQ） in patients with recurrent depression. Methods 37 recurrent depressive patients （recurrent group）, 37 first-episode depressive patients （first-episode group） and 31 healthy subjects （control group） were enrolled into the study. Blood samples were collected to measure the serum levels of albumin, bilirubin and uric acid. All subjects were evaluated for their performance IQ using the revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale. All statistical analyses were performed by SPSS13.0. One-way analyses of variance （ANOVA） followed by LSD post-hoc multiple comparison tests were used as indicated. Results The serum levels of albumins in recurrent group [ （41.98±3.01） g/L] and first-episode group [ （41.44±3.27） g/L] were lower than that in control group [ （45.91±3.41] （P〈0.05） . Also, The performance IQ score obtained from recurrent group （90. 65±13. 38） was lower than that from control group （100. 65±12. 86） （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Patients with recurrent depression show low levels of non-enzyme antioxidants in serum and decreased performance IQ which is supposed to be related to their cognitive disorders.
