摘　　要：目的观察广泛切除联合氟尿嘧啶局部辅助治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)阳性结膜鳞状细胞癌患者的疗效和毒性。方法对已确诊为HIV阳性的结膜鳞状细胞癌进行广泛手术切除,术后辅助1%氟尿嘧啶局部化疗。结果 51例患者进入本研究,中位随访19个月没有复发病例,同时只有部分病例出现化疗相关的轻微眼部刺激症状。结论对于HIV阳性的结膜鳞状细胞癌患者,广泛切除联合术后氟尿嘧啶局部辅助治疗效果好,毒性轻微。Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of combination of wide excision and adjuvant topical fluorouracil for squamous cell carcinoma of the conjunctiva in HIV-positive patients. Methods HIV-positive patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the conjunctiva underwent wide excision and adjuvant post-surgery topical 1% fluorouracil. Results Fifty-one cases fifty-three eyes entered this study. Median follow-up time was 19 months. There was no recurrence found. Some patients developed slightly irritation after fluorouracil application. Conclusion The efficacy is valuable,the toxicity is slight for HIV-positive patients with squamous cell carcinoma treated by combination of wide excision and adjuvant topical fluorouraci.
