抑制鲜地黄褐变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:优选抑制鲜地黄褐变的方法。方法:采用正交试验进行优选,利用分光光度法测定褐变指数以及利用高效液相色谱法测定梓醇的含量结果:以褐变指数和梓醇含量为指标,优选的最佳抑制条件为使用苹果酸来浸泡鲜地黄切片,烘干时间为60min,烘干温度60℃。结论:正交试验优选的方法抑制鲜地黄褐变较好。Objective ： Optimize the method to suppress the brown stain of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. Methods ： Use orthogonal test for optimization, spectrophotometric method for determination of Brown variable index and high performance liquid chromatography for determination of Catalpol content. Results：Brown variable and Catalpol content as indicators, the optimized inhibition condition was apple acid dipping, drying time for 60min, drying temperature 60 ℃. Conclusion ： The optimization method by orthogonal test for inhibition of brown stain.
