摘 要:目的研究高大翅果菊根茎化学成分和生物活性。方法采用柱层析对高大翅果菊植物中的提取物进行分离提纯,并利用现代波谱方法分析鉴定,确定化合物的结构。结果从该植物的乙醇提取物中分离出4个倍半萜化合物,它们的结构分别鉴定为:11β,13-二氢莴苣内酯乙酸酯(1),9α-hydroxyleucodin-9-O-β-xylopyranoside(2),11β,13-dihydrolactucin(3),Lactuside B(4)。结论化合物2和3为首次从翅果菊属中分离得到的化合物。Objective To study the chemical constituents and bioactivity of Pterocypsela elata. Methods Pterocypsela elata extracts were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were determined by spectro- scopic methods. Results Four sesquiterpenoids compounds were obtained and identified from Pterocypsela elata. They were 1 1β,β-dihydrolactucin acetate( 1 ), 9ct-hydroxyleucodin-9-O-13-xylopyranoside ( 2) , 11β,β-dihydrolactucin (3), and Lactu- side B (4). Conclusion Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from Pterocsela elata for the first time.
