摘  要:研究通过对沣河的不同断面溶解氧的24h连续监测得到溶解氧(DO)质量浓度ρ昼夜变化,结合DO平衡关系计算各断面初级生产率速率和呼吸速率,并应用河流代谢速率评价沣河河流健康.研究结果表明:24hρ(DO)的变化曲线在上游呈抛物线趋势,而在中下游人类活动较多、污染较大地区呈倒S型;上游断面的初级生产力速率和呼吸速率均远大于中下游地区;沣河上游属自养型河流、中下游属异养型河流.根据河流代谢理论评价沣河健康状况表明高冠裕河上游断面健康状况良好,沣峪口断面中等,其余断面都属较差.Metabolism is a combination of primary productivity(photosynthesis) and respiration.Primary production or photosynthesis releases oxygen,while ecosystem respiration is essentially the reverse of this with oxygen uptake.So oxygen concentration can indicate metabolic condition.Gross primary production(GPP) rate and ecosystem respiration(ER) rate were calculated,river health was assessed by river metabolism.It was found that DO changing curves showed different trends in upper and lower reaches.GPP and ER upstream were both larger than downstreams;P/R was 1 in the upper reaches of Fengriver,while P/R was 1 in the lower reaches.River health assessment indicated that the upstreams of Gaoguanyu was in good health,Fengyukou was in medium health,the remainder was in poor health.
