摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法就上海市高校体育教育训练学研究生专项运动技能进行调查与分析。结果显示:该专业研究生专项中,三小球人数居多;专项技能整体水平偏低,较少进行有针对性的技术训练,参加运动竞赛的次数较少;该专业研究生对研究生学习期间提高专项运动技能信心不足。提高专项技能的对策有:增加专项课程时数;加强专项运动技能的交流与辅导;建立并完善专项运动技能的考核与评价制度。By using methods of literature, Expert interviews, Questionnaire and mathematical statistics, This article investigates and analyzes the professional sports skills of postgraduates specializing in physical education and training from Shanghai colleges. The result shows that： among the professional sports of the postgraduates, The number of three games played with small balls is the most and the overall professional sports skills are below average. At the same time few of them has targeted skill training and participates in sports competitions and the postgraduates think it hard to enhance the professional sports skills. The paper proposed some countermeasures to improve professional sports skills： We should increase the professional exercise class periods and strengthen the communicating and counseling of professional sports skills. In addition we should establish and improve the examination and evaluation system of the professional sports skills.
