摘　　要：5人制足球运动在我国高校是一项新兴的运动项目,也是国家足联正在推广的运动项目。它具有场地器材特殊性、比赛对抗激烈性、比赛规则人性化、场地利用高效性、推广普及简便性、健身娱乐益智性等主要特点,在高校开展5人制足球运动的价值为满足学生身心发展的需要、体现"以人为本,健康第一"的理念、激发学生体育锻炼的热情,培养其终身体育的习惯、缓解高校体育活动场所供需矛盾、促进足球运动的推广普及,提高我国足球运动水平。The futsal is an emerging of sport in colleges and universities of China, and is also are promoting sport. It has the main features include the special site and equipment, Fierce against, Humanized rules, Efficient use the site, Simple popularization, And multiple fitness entertainment. The values are to meet the needs of the development of the student body and mind, Reflect the concept of ＂make people the center, health the first＂, Stimulate the students＇ physical exercise enthusiasm, Cultivate the habit of lifetime sports, Ease the contradiction between supply and demand in university, Promote the popularization of football sports, And improve China＇s football sports level.
