摘　　要：目的探讨直丝弓正畸过程中龈沟液天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate transaminase AST)水平的变化对衡量牙周组织健康状况的参考价值。方法选择使用直丝弓矫治器的青少年患者48名,治疗前及安装矫治器1、4个月后采集龈沟液并采用生化分析仪检测分析龈沟液中AST水平的变化,并检查牙龈指数(GI)。结果矫治1个月时AST水平比治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),4个月时\酶水平趋于正常;1个月时牙龈指数比治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);4个月时牙龈指数比1个月时显著降低(P<0.05),但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龈沟液AST可做为牙周组织炎性改变的重要衡量指标。Objective： To study the changes of AST in gingival erevicular fluid in orthodontics therapy, and their refer- ence value to measure periodontal tissue health status. Methods 48 teenager patients using fixed appliance were selected. Levers of AST in gingival crevicular fluid were detected using biochemistry analysator pretherapy, one month and four months later. Results： Levers of AST increased significantly than pretherapy one month later, but became normal four months later. Gingival indeX of one month increased significantly compered to pretherapy（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statis- tically difference of gingival indeX between pretherapy and four month （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion： AST can be used to measure changes of periodontal tissue.
