摘　　要：构造出五阶全对称幻方的通解 ;证明了六阶全对称幻方不存在 .前者解决了一个明确的问题 ,其结论是 :五阶全对称幻方必须由两个正交的全对称拉丁方构成 ;后者解决了一个长期猜想的问题 ,即六阶全对称幻方解不存在 .这两个问题 ,特别是后一个问题 ,都是长期悬而未决的问题 .This paper found the general solution of perfect magic squares of5 order,which comes to the conclusion that the perfect magic square of5 order must be composed of two orthogonal perfect L atin squares.It also proved that there is no solution of the perfect magic square of 6 order.The both problems have not been solved for a long time.
