摘  要:目的:观察清肝解郁法对Alzheimer病(AD)大鼠海马神经元及前脑胆碱能神经的影响。方法:在大鼠AD疾病模型给药(清肝解郁中药)30d后,断头处死大鼠,取全脑;用4%多聚甲醛固定,常规HE染色,观察脑组织结构、细胞的形态和海马CA2、CA3区神经元数量,免疫组化计数大鼠前脑ChAT阳性神经元。结果:中药治疗组大鼠海马CA2、CA3区神经元数量较模型组显著增多,大鼠前脑ChAT阳性神经元也较模型组显著增多。结论:清肝解郁法能促进NSC的分化诱导,能较好地诱导神经系统细胞向胆碱能神经元转化。Objective To explore the effect of Qingganjieyu prescription on hippocampal neuron and prosencephalon choline acetyltransferase activity(ChAT) in Alzheimer's disease model rats. Methods Alzheimer's disease model rats were given Qingganjieyu decoction for 30 days, the rats were killed after anesthetized and the brain was collected. After 4% paraformaldehyde fixed and HE staining the neurons ha hippocampal CA2. CA3 area were counted. Immtmohistochemical staining was used to detect choline acetyltransferase positive neurons in prosencephalon.Results The Neurons in hippocampal CA2. CA3 area and choline acetyltrans ferase positive neurons in ptosencephalon increased significantly in Qingganjieyu decoction treated rats. Conclusion Qingganjieyu therapy can induce neural stem cells (NSCs) differentiation to cholinergic neurons
