慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中IL-6、IL-8及C-反应蛋白水平测定

摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在慢性牙周炎中的作用,以及C-反应蛋白在慢性牙周炎龈沟液中浓度的变化。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法测定50例慢性牙周炎患者和30例健康者龈沟液中IL-6、IL-8以及C-反应蛋白(C-reactionprotein,CRP)的含量。结果:慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液IL-6、IL-8和CRP含量分别为(451.5±11.6)g/L、(955±201.5)g/L和(33.8±8.7)g/L明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6和IL-8与慢性牙周炎的病理变化有关,CRP作为一种炎症标志物,能有效监控慢性牙周炎的炎症情况。Objective To study the role of interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 in chronic periodontitis, and to determine the change of C-reactive protein （CRP）. Methods Enzyme-linked imnmnosorbmt assay （ELISA） was applied to detectIL-6, IL-8 and CRP in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis and healthy counterpart. Results Levels of IL-6, IL-8 and CRP in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis were statistically higher than thatin healthy control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-6 and IL-8 involve in the pathological process of chronic periodontitis. CRP, an inflammatory marker, can reflect the condition of chronic periodontitis.
