四川烤烟外观质量性状与内在品质的关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨四川烤烟外观质量性状与内在品质的关系.[方法]以四川凉山和攀枝花2007～2009年生产的110份初烤烟叶样品为材料,进行外观鉴定、主要化学成分测定和吸食品质感官评价.[结果]研究表明,部位、颜色、身份、叶片结构是影响四川烤烟吸食品质的主要外观因素.总体上,中下部烟叶的吸食品质相对较好,浅橘黄和柠檬黄烟叶的吸食品质相对较好,身份中等和稍薄的烟叶吸食品质相对较好,叶片结构疏松的烟叶吸食品质相对较好.除部位之外,颜色、身份、叶片结构、色度与主要化学成分存在较高的相关关系,这4个外观因素与烤烟烟碱、总氮含量呈极显著正相关,与总糖、还原糖含量呈极显著负相关;未见成熟度与吸食品质、主要化学成分存在显著的相关关系.[结论]研究可为通过烤烟外观性状判断内在品质提供科学依据,同时可为四川烟叶生产、收购和工业使用提供参考.Abstract [ Objective] To investigate the relationship between appearance character and inner quality of flue-cured tobacco in Siehuan Prov- ince. [ Method] 110 leaf samples produced in 2007 to 2009 in Liangshan and Panzhihua were taken as example, and appearance character and chemical components as well as smoking quality were studied. [ Result ] The results showed that stalk position, color, body, and leaf structure were main appearance characters influencing smoking quality of Siehuan flue-cured tobacco ; overall, the smoking quality of middle or lower leav- es were better, the smoking quality of light orange or lemon leaves were better, the smoking quality of leaves with less thin or medium body were better, the smoking quality of leaves with open leaf structure were better; except stalk position, appearance characters including color, body, leaf structure and color intensity had high correlations with chemical components; all the four characters had highly significant positive correlations with nicotine and total nitrogen, while had highly significant negative correlations with total sugar and reducing sugar; there were no significant relationship between maturity and smoking quality or chemical components. [ Conclusion] The study will provide a scientific basis for judging in- ner quality through flue-cured tobacco appearance traits, and provide a reference for tobacco production, purchasing and industry utilization.
