白沙蒿挥发油成分研究

摘　　要：白沙蒿全草切碎 ,经水汽蒸馏 ,石油醚萃取 ,提取挥发油 ,得油率 w =1.4 3% ,用 CGC/MS/DS分析技术分离、鉴定出 6 4种成分 ,鉴定组分峰面积占全部峰面积的 92 .91% .By steam distillation and petroleum ether extraction, the light yellow semisolid oil was obtained from the whole plants of Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch when they had been cut into small pieces. Essential oil producing rate was 1.43%. About 64 components were separated and determined by means of CGC/MS/DS analysis.
