摘 要:介绍了IEC标准中基于等值热路思想计算敷设于均匀土壤中的直埋电缆载流量的算式,以及利用校正系数解决有回填土情况的修正方法,但该方法存在校正系数选取过程复杂、校正依据缺乏工程可靠性和通过试验获取校正系数工作量大成本高等不足。为此,针对目前行业内应用较多的解析方法和数值方法,提出在直埋电缆区和敷设土壤区分别采用热场计算的改进数值方法和热路计算的解析法,以有限容积法为基础,将数值方法得到的土壤温度场与电缆等值热路法相结合求解缆芯温度和载流量。采用基于场路结合的有限容积法编程仿真,并利用土壤直埋带绝缘发热管加热实验进行验证,结果表明改进方法保留了数值计算准确性的同时提高了计算速度,仿真结果与测量结果的计算误差仅为1.3℃。This paper introduces equation for calculating carrying capacity of buried cable laying in well-distributed soil based on equivalent thermal circuit thinking in IEC standard. Meanwhile, it introduces correction method for using correction fac- tor to solve problem of backfilling which is existing flaws including complicated selecting process for correction factor, lack of engineering reliability in correction basis, large workload and high cost for acquiring correction factor by testing. Aiming at present more applied analytic method and numerical method, it proposes new improved numerical method by using ther- mal field calculation and analytic method for thermal circuit calculation. On the basis of finite volume method, it is able to solve temperature of cast loose core and carrying capacity by combining soil temperature field and cable equivalent circuit method. By using finite volume method based on field and circuit to proceed programming simulation and heating experiment for soil buried insulated heat pipes to proceed verification, it indicates that the improved method can keep accuracy of numerical calculation and improve calculation speed and the calculation error of simulation result and the measuring result is only 1.3 ℃.
