实践出真知的大学启示——以闽赣粤三所本科院校为例

摘　　要：地方本科院校的科学发展是我国高等教育发展的重要组成部分。鉴于地方本科院校办学之艰辛、治校之复杂、特色之纷呈,笔者通过对在地理位置上山水相连相接、民风十分相近、相互之间的交往密切的闽粤赣龙岩学院、嘉应学院和赣南师范学院等三所高校的实地调研,比较各自办学特色与成效,认为实践出真知,准确定位与重特色、发展科研与重管理是地方本科院校在实践中提升的十分重要之必由之路。The scientific development of local universities is an important part of higher education development in China. In consideration of difficult establishment, complicated management and colorful characteristics of local universities, this paper, after having done a field study, tires to compare the features and achievements between Longyan University in Fujian, Jiaying University in Guangdong and Gannan Normal University in Jiangxi, whose locations are close, whose customs are similar and whose relations are intimate. The study shows that ＂Genuine Knowledge Comes from Practice＂ and that the approaches for local universities to improve themselves are to have a right position and striking characteristics as well as to lay emphasis on scientific research and management.
