摘　　要：教育信息化是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中提出的重要工作之一,强调尤其要"重点加强农村学校信息基础建设,缩小城乡数字化差距"。从目前情况来看,我国农村地广人稀,硬件投入不足,再加上教育资源分布不均衡等一系列客观因素,导致农村教育信息化进程缓慢。本文试图从农村教育信息化的现状、现代远程教育的可操作性和优势所在等几个方面来论述以现代远程教育手段为依托,推进农村教育信息化进程的可能性。研究目的在于以有限的投资换来农村教育信息化在短期内的快速发展。Education informationization is one of the most important aspects raised in China＇s Educational Re- form and Development Plan （2010-2020）, which emphasizes that we must ＂strengthen the information infrastruc- ture construction of rural schools as a major task, so as to close the digital gap between urban schools and rural ones＂. At present, with vast land and scattered population, the lack of hardware, coupled with the unbalanced dis- tribution of education resources and other objective reasons, the rural areas can hardly speed up the process of edu- cation informationization. This paper attempts to discuss the possibility and advantages of education infonnation- ization in rural areas based on the modern distance education from several aspects such as the current situation of rural education informationization, the feasibility of modern distance education and advantages. The aim of the study is to find a solution for realizing the quick and short-term development of the rural education informationiza- tion by paying reasonably.
