摘 要:我国民办高校肩负着挑起我国高等教育大众化的历史重任,而民办高校要胜任此历史重任,不能局限在扩大规模、增加经济效益上。从中长期发展战略而言,提高教学质量、走内涵式发展道路是我国民办高校的必由之路,而提高教学质量需要管理机制的保障,其中薪酬制度的科学化是核心保障。建立以提高教学质量为导向且与教师教学绩效管理相匹配的激励性结构化薪酬体系,形成科学的、有利于教师教学质量提高的激励机制,并使之在实际操作中切实可行,民办高校才能把钱花在刀刃上,最终真正实现提高教学质量的目标。China's private universities has been shouldering the historical responsibility to the popularization of higher education in China. To be capable of shouldering the historical responsibility, private universities cannot be confined to expand the scale and increase economic benefits. For long - term growth strategies, improving the teaching quality is the only roads to China's private universities. To improve the teaching quality, it need the guar- antee of management mechanisms, and the scientific compensation system is the core guarantee. Establishing in- centive structured compensation system steering for improving teaching quality and matching with the teacher's teaching performance management, to form the scientific incentive mechanism to improve the teaching quality, and make it feasible in the actual operation, so private universities can spend money on vital things, and achieve the goal of improving the teaching quality ultimately.
