摘  要:目的通过问卷调查Hawley保持器与压膜式保持器的戴用时间和主观认同度以及损坏情况,分析比较这两种保持器的优缺点。方法选择结束治疗期的正畸患者200例,均衡年龄、性别和错类型分为A、B两组,分别戴用Hawley保持器和压膜保持器,问卷调查这两组患者的戴用时间和戴用保持器后的主观认同度以及12月内的损坏情况。采用SPSS13.0软件分析患者戴用两种保持器的组间差异。结果戴用压膜式保持器每天>20 h的有72名患者,戴用在15~20 h的有23名患者,戴用<15 h的只有5名患者;而戴用Hawley保持器每天>20 h的只有37名患者,戴用在15~20 h的有42名患者,戴用<15 h的有21名患者。在戴用时间和主观认同度方面戴用压膜式保持器明显优于戴用Hawley保持器的患者,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在矫正器损坏方面两种保持器没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论压膜式保持器在舒适度、发音、美观等方面均优于Hawley保持器,能明显提高患者的临床依从性。Objective To analyze comparative advantages and disadvantages of Hawley retainer and vacuum-formed retainer by taking questionnaires about wearing time and subjective sentity and damage.Methods A total of 200 orthodontic patients,who ended the active fixed orthodontic treatment,balance of age,sex and type of malocclusion,were divided into two groups,100 patients using Hawley retainer and the others using vacuum-formed retainer.We compared the wearing time and subjective identity and damage of two groups.The compliance of patients with these two retainers was analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistic software.Results There were 72 patients wearing vacuum-formed retainer more than 20 hours,23 patients wearing it from 15 to 20 hours,15 patients wearing it less than 15 hours;only 37 patients wearing Hawley retainer more than 20 hours,42 patients wearing it from 15 to 20 hours and 21 patients wearing it less than 15 hours.The wearing time and the subjective sentity of the patients using Vacuum-formed retainer was much better than the patients using Hawley retainer(P0.05).There were no statistics meaning on retainers damage(P 0.05).Conclusion Vacuum-formed retainer is better than Hawley retainer in comfortable,pronounce,invisible etc.It can obviously improve the clinical compliance of the patients.
