Objective To observe the expression of decoy receptor 3 (DcR3) and micro vessel density(MVD) marked by CDI05 in different cervical lesions, and then to explore the correlation between them. Methods The expression of DcR3 was examined by immunohistochemistry with SP staining method in 42 cases with cervical carcinoma, 24 cases with cervical intra epithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 18 cases with normal cervical. Micro vessel density (MVD) was count ed by endothelial cells immunostained used monoclonal antibody CD105. Results The positive expression rate of DcR3 in cervical cancer was 85.71%, well above the normal cervix and CIN group, the differences were statistically signifi cant (P〈0.05) among the three groups after Bonferroni pairwise comparison. MVD in positive DcR3 expression cervical cancer tissue was also higher than that of negative DcR3 tissue (P 〈 0.05). At the same time, the Spearman's rank cor relation analysis founded that the both exist positive linear correlation (r=0.42, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of DcR3 is closely related to cervical carcinoma origination, progression and angiogenesis, metastasis. Which may be used as new indicators of clinical cervical cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
