摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT对小肠间质瘤的特征性表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的18例患者的MSCT表现特点。结果在本组18例病例中，男11例，女7例，年龄35～73岁，平均45岁；发生在十二指肠8例，空肠6例，回肠4例，其中良性及低度侵袭性10例，中度及高度侵袭性8例。结论MSCT对小肠间质瘤术前定位、定性诊断有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice CT （MSCT） for small intestinal stromal tumors. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the MSCT feature of 18 cases of patients with small intestinal stromal tumors confirmed by surgical pathology. Results In the 18 cases of patients, 11 eases were male, 7 cases were female;aged form 35 to 73 years old, and the average age was 45 years old; g cases located in duodenum, 6 cases in jejunum, 4 cases in ileum;and 10 cases were benign and low invasive, 8 cases were moderately and highly invasive. Conclusion MSCT has important significance in preoperative localization and qualitative diagnosis for small intestinal stromal tumor.
