摘　　要：目的 评价经改良后的胃管置人法对上消化道出血患者胃肠引流情况的效果,探讨其临床适用性.方法 选择2011年3月～2013年3月于本院就诊的150例上消化道出血患者,随机分为实验组80例和对照组70例,对照组患者使用普通胃管,实验组患者使用经改良的胃管,且较普通胃管插入位置靠下,观察两组患者的胃管引流情况和患者的引流效果.结果 实验组患者的引流通畅率为86.25％,明显优于对照组的引流通畅率72.86％,差异有统计学意义（x2=4.19,P＜0.05）.结论 改良胃管置入法对上消化道出血患者有很好的胃肠引流效果,适合临床长期推广应用.Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of improved inserting method of stomach tube for drainage and ob- servation of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and to investigate its clinical applicability.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected and randomly assigned into trial group （80 eases） and control group （70 cases）.The patients in control group were inserted ordinary stomach tube,while the patients in trial group were inserted stomach tube which were improved and inserted to lower location than ordinary stomach tube.The drainage condition and effectiveness of patients in both groups were observed.Results The rate of smooth drainage in trial group was 86.25% and was significantly superior to that of con- trol group （72.86%）,the difference was significant （X2=4.19,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved inserting method of stomach tube has good drainage effectiveness for the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and is suitable for long-term clinical promotion and applying.
