摘　　要：目的 探讨铸造全冠修复治疗纵裂磨牙的效果.方法 选择本院2008年1月～2011年5月收治的纵裂磨牙患者60例,通过复位固定进行完善根管治疗,经铸造全冠修复,保留纵裂的磨牙并恢复磨牙生理功能.结果 所有纵裂磨牙修得均达到满意效果,全冠无松动脱落,患牙无慢性根尖周病变,均能行使正常咀嚼功能.结论 经铸造全冠修复的纵裂磨牙效果满意.Objective To investigate the effect of casting crowns repair in treatment of diastema molars. Methods 60 cases of diastema molars in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2011 were selected, all patients were given root canal therapy by reduction and fixation, and given casting crown repair, the diastema molars were retained and their physiological function were restored. Results Casting crown repair was implemented for 60 cases of diastema molars after reduction, fixation, and conventional root canal therapy. Full crown had no mobility, no chronic periapical lesions was found in offending teeth, and all patients could exercise the normal masticatory function.Conclusion The casting crown repair of diastema molars has satisfactory effectiveness.
