摘 要:非晶合金铁心变压器具有很好的节能、环保效果,为世界各主要发达国家及发展中国家所普遍采用,也是我国节能环保产业发展的重要方向。结合铁路负荷特点,文中介绍了非晶合金材料的特点以及非晶合金铁心变压器的运用情况,并对27.5 kV非晶合金所用变压器的研制工作进行了介绍。课题组研制的非晶合金所用变压器,采用整体机械强度高、耐受短路的能力强、承受冲击过电压的性能好、防潮及耐腐蚀性能好的环氧树脂浇注结构,经1年多现场试运行证明,其空载损耗较常规铁心变压器降低了70%左右,为铁路节能环保和技术进步做出了新的贡献。Transformer with amorphous alloy iron core has a great effect in energy conversation and environmental protection. This kind of transformer has been applied widely by many developed and developing countries and also is an important development direction of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in China. Combined with railway load characters, this paper introduces the application conditions of the amorphous alloy material and transformer with a- morphous alloy iron core and the development work of the 27.5 kV transformer with amorphous alloy material. The transformer with amorphous alloy material developed by the research group is made of epoxy resin structure characterized by strong mechanical strength, strong capacity against short circuit, strong capacity in bearing over-high voltage, excellence in moisture resistance and anti-corrosion. After a trial operation for over one year, its no-load loss reduced by 70% than one with a conventional iron core, which has been proved a new progress in energy conservation, environmental protection and technical innovation for railway engineering.
