摘  要:结合某苇浆厂的实际运行数据,对采用木聚糖酶辅助漂白前后的漂液消耗量、苇浆质量、苇浆物理性能以及产生漂白废水的污染物指标进行了详细分析。结果表明:在工艺运行参数不变的条件下,应用木聚糖酶辅助漂白生产,能够大幅度削减漂白剂用量,增强漂白苇浆的白度稳定性,提高漂白苇浆滤水性、抗张强度与撕裂强度等性能指标,减轻漂后废水的污染负荷,对于降低苇浆生产成本,保护水环境具有重要意义。Base on the practical operation data, the analysis of the bleaching agent consumption, the reed pulp quality, the reed pulp physical index and the wastewater pollutant with or without xylanase pretreatment in one reed pulp plant were done. The results showed that the per unit bleaching agent consumption could be reduced sharply, one hypochlorite bleaching could be cut down, the pulp brightness stability was enhanced, the reed pulp quality index of drainage, fragility and physical strength could be improved and the pollutant of the bleaching wastewater could be cut down when producing the same brightness reed pulp with xylanase pretreatment under the unchanging operation parameters. It is a practical bleaching process with which the pulp production cost could be decreased and the water environment could be preserved.
