摘 要:利用正交法设计实验,研究聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷树脂(PAE)的用量和加入点、阳离子淀粉(CS)用量和CPAM用量对硅酸钙加填纸的AKD施胶效果的影响。实验结果表明,影响硅酸钙加填纸的AKD施胶效果的各因素的主次关系依次为:CS用量>PAE用量>PAE加入点>CPAM用量。综合考虑各助剂对施胶效果及生产成本的影响,认为正交实验的最优水平是:CS用量为1%,PAE用量为0.1%,CPAM用量为0.04%,PAE加入点为阳离子淀粉之后,在此工艺下纸张施胶度为27.55 g·m-2。硅酸钙加填纸施胶度受阳离子淀粉用量的影响较大,提高阳离子淀粉用量能显著提高纸张施胶度。Designed by means of orthogonal experiment method, experiments were carried out to study the influence of dosage of PAE, CS, CPAM and the addition points of PAE on AKD sizing. Results showed that the orders of every factor in the sizing process were as follows, CS addition, PAE addition, PAE addition points and CPAM addition. Considering the sizing efficiency and cost, we concluded that the optimum process was 1% CS, 0.1% PAE, 0.04% CPAM and PAE added after CS. In this process, the Cobb60 was 27.55 g·m 2. The sizing degree was greatly affected by CS dosage, The increasing of CS could effectively improve paper sizing degree.
