摘　　要：认为神经性厌食症的情志致病机制是由于情志失调导致肝气郁结,津血不能为五脏六腑及脑所用,以致脑脾失衡,脾胃纳运功能低下而致"不食"。治疗应从心、身两方面入手,通过调节患者情绪,改善躯体症状,调动患者内在积极性,提高机体的自我调节能力。It is thought that the emotional pathogenesis mechanism of anorexia nervosa is emotional disorders lead to liver Qi stagnation. Body fluid and blood can not be used for the viscera and brain,and un- balance of brain and spleen. The spleen and stomach transport function is low due to ＂unable not eat＂. Two aspects should be psychosomatic therapy. Optimizing the patient mood for improving the somatic symptoms. Mobilization of patients with inherent positive factors,and improve the body＇s self-regulation.
