摘　　要：介绍了生产线自动化及远程监控的设计与实现,详细介绍了从I/O分配和SFC图实现系统底层机械手的PLC控制,从硬件和软件两方面进行配置实现PLC与上位机安装的组态软件进行通讯,以及组态王软件的远程监控设计。This paper is the design and realization on the production line automation and remote monitoring.It is introduced in detail that the PLC control of the bottom of the system,mechanical arms,is achieved from the I / O allocation and SFC diagram,the communication between PLC and configuration software installed on PC is achieved from two aspects of hardware and software,and the remote monitoring design of KingView.
