摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合拔罐、艾灸治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法:136例根据临床辨证,针对阳性反应点,采用针刺、拔罐、艾灸等治疗。结果:136例均治愈,总有效率100%,平均疗程为1.5天。结论:针灸治疗落枕见效迅速,效果明显且安全。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping,moxibustion treatment of stiff neck.methods：according to clinical dialectical,the positive reaction point,acupuncture,cupping,moxibustion and methods 136 cases of patients with specific treatment.results：all cases were cured,the total efficiency of 100%,the average duration of 1.5 days.Conclusion：acupuncture moxibustion treatment of stiff neck quick effect,obvious effect,treatment process is safe,easy for patients to accept.
