摘　　要：运用问卷式调查法对全国７０所普通高校进行了有关教师政治思想状况、师资队伍状况的调查。分析结果显示，目前普通高校体育教师师资队伍状况不是令人十分满意。文章对存在的问题提出了具有针对性的建议。By means of the questionare method,the author has made an investigation of the teacher's polit- ical thought and teaching faculty sitnation in 70 common institutes in China. According to the statistics and analysis. the present situation of the P. E. teaching contingent in common institutes is unsatisfied. In the article the author put forward a directional suggestion for the problems.
